Payment & Deposit Requirements
30% Deposit Requirement
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. This deposit applies to all tours, activities, and day trips offered by Morocco For Visitors.
How to Pay Your Deposit:

Remaining Balance Payment:
The remaining 70% of the tour cost can be paid on the day of the tour. Payment must be made before the tour departs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 45 Days Before Tour
Full refund of deposit minus a 5% administrative fee
30-45 Days Before Tour
50% of deposit refunded after deducting administrative costs
15-30 Days Before Tour
25% of deposit refunded after account adjustments
Less than 15 Days Before Tour
Non-refundable - no refunds will be issued
Important Note:
The 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases. It is held as a booking reservation fee. Refund calculations are applied only to amounts paid beyond the initial 30% deposit.
Tour Modifications & Changes
Customer-Initiated Changes
If you wish to modify your tour dates or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes must be requested in writing at least 20 days before your scheduled tour departure. Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Company-Initiated Changes
Morocco For Visitors reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, local events, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative dates or a full refund of the remaining balance.
Tour Cancellation by Company
Tours may be cancelled by Morocco For Visitors if minimum group size requirements are not met (typically 2 or more participants). In this event, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made within 14 business days.
General Booking Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Age Requirements
Tours are open to individuals aged 18 years and older unless otherwise specified. For tours suitable for families or minors, parental/guardian consent and supervision are required. Special arrangements may be made for younger participants upon request.
Health & Safety Requirements
Participants must be in reasonable physical health to participate in tours. We recommend consulting your doctor before undertaking adventurous activities such as desert treks, mountain climbing, or water sports. Morocco For Visitors is not responsible for any health complications that arise during the tour.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation. Travel insurance is not included in tour pricing.
Liability Disclaimer
Morocco For Visitors acts as a tour organizer and coordinator but is not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers, including hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, and activity operators. Participants undertake all tours at their own risk. The company is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled tour without prior notification are considered "no-shows." In such cases, no refund will be issued regardless of cancellation policy timelines. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to participate.
Personal Belongings
Morocco For Visitors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during tours. Keep valuables with you at all times and use hotel safes when available. We recommend keeping copies of important documents separate from originals.
Pricing & Taxes
All tour prices are quoted in USD or EUR and include specified services only. Additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply depending on location and local regulations. Currency exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from tour bookings or services will be addressed through direct communication with our management team. Customers must notify us in writing of any complaints within 10 days of tour completion. Disputes not resolved amicably may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Moroccan law.
Policy Updates
Morocco For Visitors reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing policy changes before booking.
